Influences of Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management on Job Performance of Operational Employees in the Processed Food Industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the influences of organizational culture on knowledge management of operational employees in the processed food industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi province, and 2) to analyze the influences of knowledge management on job performance of operational employees in the processed food industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi province. A questionnaire was used as the research tool, which was created based on the documents, concepts, and the research related. As for the confidence level, each aspect of the questionnaire had alpha coefficients of 0.903, 0.956 and 0.959, respectively. The sampling was 294 operational employees in the processed food industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate. The proportional stratified random sampling according to population proportion was used to collect data. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple linear regressions. The results revealed that the organizational culture had positive influences on knowledge management, and the knowledge management had positive influences on the job performance of operational employees in the processed food industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
