This research aims to study the consumer satisfaction and develop packaging of vinegar from Roselle flower. The population in this research is a specialist packaging in 2 of 3 professors of marketing and consumer lived in Bangkok totally 400 persons. The quantitative data were collected by using questionnaires and interviews. The Content Validity was 0.86 and the reliability of 0.96. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research found that most respondents were female, age 31-40 years, education in high school / vocational. The monthly income 10001-20000 THB and most of them were married. Opinion about the packaging of vinegar from Roselle flower, the overall opinion on the level ( =4.04) when it was found that all of the comments at a high level.
