Development of Sufficiency Economy Instructional Program to Promote Thinking Skills of Professional Teacher Students

The purpose of the study was to develop suficiency economy instructional program to promote thinking skills of professional teacher students. The program consisted of three stages: 1) the program development, 2) the program testing, and 3) the program maintenance. The samples were thirty professional teacher students. The instruments used in this study were the thinking skills test of professional teacher students and a questionnaire to examine the students’ opinion towards the program. The statistics used to analyze the data were arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research indings revealed that the scores on thinking skills of the professional teacher students of the experimental group were signiicantly higher than those of the control group at 0.01 level. And after participating in the program, the opinion towards the program of the teacher profession students was at a high level.
