Format and Content of e-Commerce Website for
OTOP Business, 3 to 5 Star
The purposes of this research was to investigate the format and content of electronic commerce website for OTOP 3 to 5 stars business. The samples were 400 general users who visited the developed website. The samples were selected by convenience sampling methods (nonprobability sampling). The research instrument was a questionnaire on users’ requirements of electronic commerce website with a reliability of 0.90. Data was statistically analyzed in percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that: the users’ requirements specification towards the website format consisted of information, text and colors, illustration, and format management, which were rated at high level with the average of 4.35. For the content, it was found that the content consisted of basic information, sales system information and operating procedure of electronic ecommerce website, which were rated at high level with the average of 4.36.
