Purposive Sampling technigue was used in selecting 900 subjects who were deputy directors and heads from five core subjects department. 5-Likert scale questionnaires were employed to collect data. Data were analyzed statistically. The model correlation and concordance were examined through confirmatory factor and structural equation analysis. The results revealed that the developed causal relationship model and empirical data were consistent ( Chi-square = 569.12, df =115 ( 2/df = 4.94), RMSEA = 0.069, CFI = 0.99, GFI = 0.93 and AGFI = 0.90). Also, factors influencing on school academic effectiveness involved teaching and learning process, academic milieu, academic leadership and teachers’ behavior which accounted for 72% of efficacy variance.
