The Administration of Guidance in the Institution
of Tangtrongchit Group in Bangkok

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the level of administration of guidance in the Trangtrongchit group and to compare the opinions of administrative advisors and guidance teachers on the administration of guidance in the Trangtrongchit group. The population used in this research was 169 people who worked for the Trangtrongchit group. From these, 169 people (37 administrators, 113 advisors and 19 guidance teachers) were chosen through stratified random sampling. The research equipment of the study was a questionnaire using rating scales, with 40 questions divided into 4 sections: preparation and project planning; implementation; follow-up, evaluation and reporting; and improvement and development. The data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA. Results indicated that 1) the overall administration of guidance, as well as the four aspects of administrative guidance in the Trangtrongchit group, was at a good level, and 2) there were significant differences of opinion on the administration of guidance in Tangtrongchit Group, at the level of 0.05.
