Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) overall transformational leadership, 2) overall personnel administration, and 3) relationships between the transformational leadership and the personnel administration in primary schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration of Southern Krungthon Group. The samples were 328 administrators selected by simple random sampling. The instrument employed was a 90 items questionnaire of 5 rating scales with the reliability of 0.87. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coeficient. The indings showed that 1) overall transformation leadership was rated at high level. The three highest aspects were building inspiration, idealized inluence, and intellectual stimulation, 2) overall personnel administration was rated at high level. The three highest aspects were recruitment and appointment of education personnel, personnel development, and ppromoting operational eficiency,and 3) the relationships between transformational leadership and personnel administration in primary schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration of Southern Krungthon Group was positive with statistical signiicance at the 0.01 level.
