Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study and compare participative administration in information system management of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Ofice 1, Group 4, classiied by gender, job position, and work experience. The sample group was 282 people from 6 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Ofice 1, Group 4, chosen by using the stratiied random sampling technique. The instrument employed was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire consisted of 4 parts, 40 questions with reliability of 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. Findings showed that (1) the level of the participative administration in the information system management of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Ofice 1 Group 4 was generally high, and (2) by comparing the level of participation administration in the information system management of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Ofice 1 Group 4, classiied by gender, job title, and work experience, was generally the same.
